1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the CapLens Inventory mobile application, available on iOS and Android, dedicated to creating and managing property inspections.

2. Acceptance

By downloading and using the CapLens Inventory application, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

3. Description of the Service

CapLens Inventory allows you to:

• Create move-in and move-out property inspections
• Document the condition of rooms and equipment with photos
• Generate reports in PDF and Word format
• Save the history of your inspections locally on your device

4. Informational Nature

CapLens Inventory is a documentation assistance tool. The property inspections generated by the application have an informational and documentary value. The application does not constitute a legal service and does not replace the advice of a property law professional.

5. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• Use the application in accordance with its intended purpose
• Verify the accuracy of the information entered
• Ensure that the inspections comply with applicable legal obligations
• Keep backups of important data

6. Limitation of Liability

The publisher of CapLens Inventory shall not be held liable for:

• Data loss due to hardware failure, uninstallation or device update
• Use of the inspections in a legal context
• Inaccuracy of information entered by the user
• Possible incompatibility with certain devices or operating system versions

7. Intellectual Property

The CapLens Inventory application, its code, interface and graphic elements are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device.

9. Availability

The application works offline and does not require an Internet connection for its core features. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application and may carry out updates or modifications.

10. Application Modifications

The publisher reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the application at any time, with or without notice. Updates may change the features of the application.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the application after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling deletes all local application data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the application shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts.

15. Final Provisions
